Do you track your music practice? It's a good idea, especially at the start of building a practice. The act of writing things down organizes the mind.
If you are a teacher (which we all are, as we teach ourselves; so be good to yourself, as you are your primary student!), using a visual tracking system helps students know what to practice.
I use two different types of organizational trackers, blocks and wheels. You can download pdfs of each, from this page. I have more to share on how I use them, particularly single and multi-topic wheels, but I'm confident you know what to do.
Practice! Write it down!
